1.first open the official oracle website

2.then open the website

3.after the open of website page  clcik on the downloads

4.when download page open select the database

5.after selection of database open the setup file page here select the license agreement

6.after the license agreement select the particular operating system 

7.after the selection of operating system sign in page is open

after this page enter the id and password then directly download the operating system setup
